TERMS

PAYMENT: 50% payment upon delivery, 50% upon collection of the gear at the end of rental period.

DELAYS: Any delays in gear return date/time will count as extra day/s.

Damaged/Lost Gear:

Misuse refers to kites damaged by hitting another object (other than water) such as rocks, beach shades/umbrellas, another kite, or rider. Any board breakage due to hitting corals, rocks, other objects will be classified as misuse.

Any premature damage as a result of a manufacturing defect will not be considered as misuse and no charge will be incurred on the customer. This will be subject to the decision of the HOLIX Rentals team.

Damaged gear is subject to the charges below and the customer gets to keep the damaged gear.
